CEDRO is an energy efficiency and renewable energy demonstration project managed by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in collaboration with the Ministry of Energy and Water, the Ministry of Finance and the Council for Development and Reconstruction. The CEDRO project is funded by the Lebanon Recovery Fund by means of a grant from Spain.

Renewable Energy Competition for Municipalities                        

The UNDP-CEDRO Project, in coordination with the Minister of Municipal Affairs in the Youth Government 5, Jessica Obeid, are pleased to invite all Lebanese Municipalities to submit a Renewable Energy and/or Energy Efficiency project proposal before September 30, 2011 for a chance to win one of three project grants of LBP 60,000,000 each.
